First Person Boxing on Roblox: a plain guide
First Person Boxing is a Roblox fighting game where you box from inside your fighter's eyes. You throw every punch yourself, choose a guard for your head or your body, slip incoming shots, and look for a counter. Stamina runs down as you work, and a tired fighter is slower. You can fight other players or practise against an AI opponent, on PC, mobile, or console.
What kind of game it is
The official description calls it a fight "from a true first-person perspective" where "every punch, slip, counter, and knockout is in your control." There is no third-person camera in the store shots. Everything you see is the opponent, the ring, the crowd, and your own two gloves. Stat trackers list it under Action, in the Battlegrounds & Fighting group, with a Mild maturity label for ages 9 and up.
The game is made by the Roblox group Can You Box?. Trackers record it as created on 28 September 2026. It started growing fast in mid-October, which is why many players are only now looking for basics.
The five things a fight is built on
- Punching. You aim and throw from first person. Where the glove lands is down to your timing and where the opponent's guard is.
- Guards. The developer lists "different guards to protect your head & body." A guard that covers one area leaves the other more open.
- Slipping. Slipping moves your head off the line of a punch, so it misses instead of being blocked.
- Counters. The description promises "devastating counters for huge knockouts." A counter thrown into an opponent's missed or committed punch is the main way big knockdowns happen.
- Stamina. "Getting tired slows you down." Throwing nonstop drains it.
Each of these has its own page: how to play, stamina, and counters and knockouts.
Quick start
- Start against the AI. The game offers AI practice, which is the safe place to learn the guard and slip timing.
- Watch the opponent's gloves, not your own. You only get a first-person view, so your read of the next punch comes from their shoulders and hands.
- Don't spam. A missed flurry costs stamina and gives the other side a free counter.
- Switch guards on purpose. If they keep going to the body, cover the body. If they head-hunt, cover the head.
- Move into player matches once you can slip one punch and answer with one of your own.
What this guide does not have
The official page does not publish a key list, damage numbers, or a ranked system. This guide does not invent them. There are also no promo codes listed anywhere official for this game at the time of checking. Exact control bindings depend on whether you play on keyboard and mouse, touch, or controller, and the in-game prompts are the reliable reference.
